WordPress Team
The WordPress Team ensures that Wake Forest’s websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, accessible and aligned with brand standards. We also create the strategy around WordPress features and design and manage many of the University’s high-profile sites. Our team provides design and development support, accessibility guidance, and WordPress training to campus partners, helping them optimize their websites within the University’s WordPress-based content management system.

Strategy and Digital Communications
Team members whose focus is on strategy and digital communications:
- Provide digital content strategy resources for colleagues and departments who manage website content
- Assist with the marketing of the University website
- Manage Wake Forest digital properties, including, but not limited to prospective student-facing websites (Admissions, Accepted Students, Financial Aid), About Wake Forest, and the University homepage
- Work with colleagues and departments to deploy targeted messages through broadcast emails
- Coordinate livestreams for special University events such as Commencement and Convocation
