Podium Agreement*
By checking “I Agree,” the aforementioned organization/group/department agrees to accept responsibility for return of the Podium in the same condition as it was lent. Should the podium be lost or returned in damaged condition that requires repair or replacement, the signing parties agree to be responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s) to its original condition (whether through repair or replacement.)
