The UMC photography office creates high-quality images that tell Wake Forest’s story to a broad audience. Much of our photography focuses on University-wide events, activities and subject matter, but we also accept unit-specific requests from our campus partners.

UMC cannot fulfill all requests, but we will do our best to assist you. In the form below, please provide detailed information about your photography needs. If we cannot cover your event, activity or project, we will refer you to a talented freelancer with experience on Wake Forest’s campus. Freelance services are billed to the campus partner.

Several factors are considered for each request:

Is the University photographer available?
Does the event, activity, project or subject matter support the values, vision and priorities of Wake Forest?
Can the requested photography be utilized in other applications by UMC’s news, social media and creative teams or by other campus partners?
Are suitable photographs already available in the University photo archive?
