Livestreaming requires a release form to be signed by all non-WFU speakers allowing us to record, livestream and publish an archival video of the event.
Does the venue have pre-installed cameras and operators? If not, you will need to provide a camera with HD quality video output via HDMI, or contract with a videographer that can supply, install and operate all required video equipment.
If the venue is not equipped with audio equipment (microphones, sound board, speakers, etc.) then you will need to provide the equipment or contract with a vendor to supply, install and operate the necessary equipment. The following venues typically have audio equipment available: Wait Chapel, Brendle Recital Hall, Broyhill Auditorium (Farrell Hall).

Note: Simulcasting is done at the discretion of Communications and External Relations. The timing of the event, other campus activities, or interest level may effect the ability to simulcast the event.
Please provide any additional information regarding this event that will help us serve you and your event better.
