Faculty and Staff Professional Headshots

We are pleased to offer studio headshots to faculty and administrators. Appointments are available once a month, usually on the second Wednesday. Photographs are shot against a gray painted backdrop using professional studio lighting. The best image is selected, slightly retouched, and emailed to you.

There is no charge for this service.

The photos will be taken at the University Corporate Center (Pepsi building) on the first floor in conference room B1110 just behind the main lobby. 

Please dress appropriately. In general, dark solid colors work best. Please avoid white or very light jackets, tank tops or sleeveless tops, and very fine checks or plaids.

How to set up your appointment

Navigate to the next available “Faculty and Staff Headshots” appointment slot, choose one, and sign up. Appointment slots are in 5-minute increments, generally on the second Wednesday of the month between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Your appointment will appear on both your Google Calendar and ours.
